FlowLedger Payments Pvt Ltd believes privacy should feel as continuous as a well-routed payment — clear at every step from inquiry to settlement.

Information along the payment path
As a transaction travels through FlowLedger, related data may include:
- Merchant profile and settlement account references
- Customer payment instrument tokens (never full PAN in our UI logs)
- UTR / RRN style references for reconciliation
- Support messages about failed or delayed payouts
Document studio & KYC
When you upload GST, PAN, MOA, AOA, or other entity papers, files are encrypted at rest. Manual reviewers see only what is required for name matching and quality checks. Email OTP proves control of the contact address you provide.
Who can see your data
Access is granted to FlowLedger operations, approved subprocessors (hosting, email, OCR assist), and payment partners strictly as needed. We do not sell contact lists.
Keeping records
Settlement and KYC records follow statutory retention. When a merchant offboards, we schedule deletion after legal holds expire and confirm completion on request.
